In Better MLO, Call Lists will be the feature you use daily.
But what exactly is a call list: this is your pre-defined group of people you want to call TODAY.
In order to effectively use your Call List in Better MLO, you're going to want to identify Lead Stages and Mortgage Stages. Referral partners, mostly Realtors will be those you enter under the Business Contacts. Those were all be covered later under configurations. Configurations are something you'll do initially and then as you use the system, you will most likely go back and update it again to have make your system the best it can be.
When you open the Call List screen you will initially see a header row showing Sunday through Saturday at the top. On the day you opened the Call List, that day of the week will be highlighted and the groups you've configured under your Call List Cadence will be shown.
For this example, we will use the group I named “Hot Lead Calls.” When you view the group name on the Call List screen, you will see how many contacts there are to call in that group. When you click on the Group, the call list will expand to give you a list of the calls you need to make in that group. As you click on the “Log Call” button and enter the appropriate details of the call, the call is logged into the system and now the contact you called will appear in the “Called Today” group. The “Called Today" group is a quick reference for all calls you’ve made today. In most cases, we end up talking to the people we call multiple times in a day.
