Introduction: 

Call Groups in Better MLO serve as a powerful tool for creating predefined groups or filters for your contacts, business contacts, and mortgages. In this guide, we'll explore how to use Call Groups effectively, including creating, editing, and managing them.

Accessing Call Groups:

Access Settings: 

Start by clicking on "Settings" in Better MLO.

Navigating to Call Groups: 

Under "Settings," select "Call Groups."

Call Groups Overview: 

Call Groups are designed to help you organize and categorize your contacts, business contacts, and mortgages. They allow you to filter your lists based on various criteria, facilitating efficient communication and management.

Functionality Overview: 

Before diving into creating Call Groups, let's explore the basic functionalities:

• Add New: 

Located on the right-hand side, this button allows you to create a new Call Group.

• Search: 

You can use the search bar to quickly locate specific Call Groups by name or other criteria.

• Segmentation: 

Segmentation is a way to filter the list of Call Groups, making it easier to find the desired group quickly.

Creating a New Call Group:

  1. Click the "Add New" button to create a new Call Group.
2. Provide a name for your group (e.g., "Test").

3. Choose a segment for your group: Mortgage, Business Contact, or Contact.

  • Mortgage Segment: Allows you to filter by Mortgage Stages. Select one or more stages based on your requirements.

  • Business Contact Segment: Offers filtering by Contact Type, such as "Realtor" in this case.
  • Contact Segment: Provides options to filter by Contact Stages (e.g., Hot Leads, Warm Leads).

4. Determine whether this group should be included or excluded from your goals when logging touches. This setting ensures that your interactions with this group count or don't count towards your goals.

5. Click "Save" to create the Call Group.

Editing a Call Group:

1. Select the Call Group you wish to edit.

2. Click the "Edit" button.

3. Modify the group's criteria, including segments, stages, and inclusion/exclusion settings.

4. Click "Save" to update the group.

Deleting a Call Group:

1. Choose the Call Group you want to delete.

2. Click the "Delete" button.

3. Confirm the deletion.

  • Note: Call Group deletions are permanent and do not retain data for data integrity reasons.
