Cold Lead

Cold Lead

A "cold lead" refers to a contact type that was entered into the system over 30 days ago and has not yet taken the desired action, such as filling out an application. These leads are classified as "cold" due to the extended period of time since their initial engagement or interest. Cold leads are less likely to convert in the near term and may require targeted re-engagement efforts or a reevaluation of their potential as viable prospects. Nurturing and outreach strategies should be carefully tailored to revive interest and, if possible, move them closer to conversion.

The days range (30+ days) is configurable under the Call Group Cadence Settings.
