Warm Lead

Warm Lead

A "warm lead" is a contact type that was entered into the system more than 7 days ago but less than 15 days ago and has not yet taken the desired action, such as filling out an application. These leads are considered "warm" during this specific timeframe, signifying that they were previously engaged or interested but have not progressed in the desired conversion path. While they may still have potential, they are currently less likely to take the desired action, requiring additional nurturing and follow-up to move them closer to conversion.

The days range (7 to 15) is configurable under the Call Group Cadence Settings.
